We are excited to host the  International Software Engineering Winter School on Hybrid and Generative Intelligence next week on 24^th – 28^th November 2025 here in Bern, where  Sebastiano Panichella serves as General Chair and  Yael van Dok serves as Web Chair. The Winter School is part of the EU-funded  InnoGuard project.

This inaugural Winter School brings together academic and industrial researchers, along with Ph.D. students, to explore cutting-edge topics at the intersection of Software Engineering, Hybrid Intelligence, and Generative AI, with a special focus on Large Language Models (LLMs) and their transformative role in next-generation software systems.

 Roman Bögli and  Thomas Sutter are organizing the workshop  Cryptographic Agility in the realm of PQS Algorithms + Security and Privacy Concerns on Android Phones in collaboration with the  University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland (FHNW) and the  Competence Centre Digital Trust. The workshop will take place on 29^th July 2025, 14:30 - 15:30, in person or online.
